I applied through university. I interviewed at Fischer Homes (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2025
Interview
Met Fischer Homes at the UC career fair. Had interview with 3 managers. It was quick and clear. Smooth sailing. I really enjoyed meeting them. They asked personal and professional questions. It was a conversational meeting. During the interview I think I may have talked too much about my background and interest in technology. I made the mistake of telling them my interest was in big data and AI. Ended up not getting an offer. Still good experience and if you want to get into real estate fischer homes is a good company.
It was pretty decent, just getting to know you and asked many scenario based questions. There are 2 rounds of interview, one with the manager and one with the MD
