They are at the very basic level of practical understanding of agility. I would rather say they don’t understand the concept of agility or for that matter Scrum. Still stuck at a introductory level, the questions asked are hilarious for a polished, practising and matured Scrum Master. The interview did not read the Scrum guide and absolutely not easy with it as her basics were wrong. Neither did she understand the core of Scrum. Waste of time.
