Met recruiter at university career fair. had a 30 min in person interview. got called to fly to office in Camas, WA Was not anything bizarre. Basic behavioral questions. both during phone interview and on campus bring back day. campus bring back day was 3 interviews. took us out to dinner. good experience with company. got a tour of office talked with many different employees
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
