Fitness First UK interview questions

I applied for a role here and was invited for an interview - all be it very rushed process as I got the email late Wednesday night highlighting the urgency to do all interviews that week. Despite responding promptly the next day with my availability I never received any reply or confirmation from the GM. Over a week had passed so I kindly followed up asking if interviews were still going ahead for this role/ expressing interest but still no response… After two weeks, I formally withdrew my application and pointed out the lack of communication, but even that message was ignored. Regardless of the outcome, basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard in any recruitment process — especially when the business initiates contact. This experience gave me a very poor impression of how they operate and I would caution others to be aware of this before applying. Interview difficulty - Very difficult to get/arrange an interview after I was invited to interview for the role 😂
