Easy, it was a nice way to start out and get a feel of what to expect on the job. I met with the general manager and store manager and got a sense of what it would be like on the job.

They talk to you and see if you had saftey training and are able to not hurt yourself in the kitchen. After a quick chat they let you try to cook something and see how it goes. Most often they train you and its really easy

they ask you a few questions from a pre printed hand book and record your answers scoring them and if you score high enough your hired, it was pretty straight forward. they try get you prepared for the music levels and the atmosphere you will be working in
