Interview
Telephone interview with Head office HR employee followed by trial 4 hour shift at a site to get a feel of the job. Then an informal chat with a manager at that store.
The interview process is very short. Basically just asking about previous work experience and how well you know the company. Always do some research and you’ll do great. Also we tell you some things about the company that’s a great perk and makes it a good job to work for.
