Interview
The online application is very creative, you have to answer two questions without using a set of words, using anything but Microsoft word/text. The next stage is a writing assessment which you have to complete within an hour, via email. The Assessment centre includes mini 10-minute panel interviews, in the format of speed dating. One big group brainstorming activity and a smaller creative group brainstorming activity.
