Interview
Applicants were expected to come in for the interview, but the position was not specified. Then, they asked a series of typical interview questions. After my interview, I received a packet of company information and policies and procedures that I had to memorize. There was no formal training. I simply work some events and caught on to what the coordinator told me to do.
