Simple I person interview at a conference. Didn't hear back after following up. Not sure if they were actively hiring at the time or not in retrospect. A decent conversation nonetheless at any rate

Question 1
Approach to differentiation in a classroom setting with a variety of learning with different aptitudes and past education experiences from schools in different parts of the local area
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flint Hill School
Interview
Normal teacher interview. Arrive 10 am or so. Meetings with lots of admin, including head of upper school and academic dean. Followed by teaching a lesson, department lunch. Meeting with students at the end of the day.
Thorough process. Felt comfortable and really got to know the school well. I was welcomed with open arms and felt that I left knowing the ins and outs of the day to day.
