Interview
I had applied for the Business Finance Analyst role at Flipkart via ICAI Campus placements (CA Batch of 2021 (Nov 2020)). We had CV shortlisting followed by GD after which we had 2 interview rounds - one functional, one HR round. The whole process was conducted online due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Question 1
Questions asked had a delicate mix of typical interview questions (say, Tell me about yourself; Tell us about your work experience during your articleship); technical questions (say, in relation to revenue recognition, Leases standard or any other area relating to your articleship experience); logical questions (say, how do you improve the working capital cycle for any company?, if you were to choose between two investments - how would you go about deciding which one to invest?) and few questions dealing with how I would respond in a given situation. (say, If I were the CFO of the company, how would I deal with a major stakeholder of the company who doesn't agree to my proposal.).
There was a Group Discussion of 15-20 minutes. There were 6 candidates in each Group Discussion. After the GD, candidates who were not selected for the next round were not intimated.
