Florida Crystals interview questions

Applied online and had a phone screen within 2 days. Interviewed with the hiring manager 3 days later. Was told he had a couple more people to interview before next steps. A week later the recruiter emailed to tell me the hiring manager was so busy it would take at least two weeks to get an update. Zero feedback after that and was just ghosted. Hiring manager claimed he was super overwhelmed and needs to fill this position ASAP. Their actions obviously do not support this.
