The first interview was a phone call in which they asked why I applied for this role. Next, I attended an information session where the manager introduced the company and informed us about the questions to expect in the first formal interview.

"Why do you think you would be a good financial advisor, and why do you want to work for a company like ours?"

Easy and Very Communicative throughout the process. Overall they reached out alot to see if i had an questions and were very quick to respond. They seem like they really care about you there.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
