The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flow Cannabis Co.
Interview
I reached out to a principle product manager on Linkedin, he promptly responded and we set up a phone call. Call went great, the Pm explained what he did and I went on to tell him about my past experiences and why I was interested.
We moved on to another phone screen with the hiring manager where we went over similar explanations.
Finally we set up an on-site where I had a take-home project to present. The onsite was great, mostly because of the people in the room. There were no tricks, everything was very straight forward and everyone in the room was very supportive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flow Cannabis Co. (Oakland, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The process was straight-forward. Had a call with the Head of Engineering and another with the Chief Product Officer before being invited to interview on-site. Everyone was personable and spoke freely about the role, the company, and answered all questions I posed.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flow Cannabis Co. in Mar 2019
Interview
It honestly wouldn’t even take me 30 words to describe it. One word- horrible. The interviewer had no personality and was very unorganized. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The interviewer didn’t know what questions to ask. He never answered all of my questions either. The only plus side was that the process wasn’t extremely long. It took longer to hear back about an initial interview.
