overall good the process include some brain teasers related to FX and bid/ask, not difficult but easy to get wrong. The interviewer is a trader and is very smooth, so overall it is good
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flow Traders (Amsterdam) in May 2025
Interview
A few rounds, starting with a non-technical interview with a recruiter, then a technical interview with a trader, and then a case study. It started with some mental maths in the context of ETF trading, and then I had to discuss the answers with a trader. I fielded follow-up questions, and then had some mental maths questions thrown at me while I bet on my answers being right or not.
