Interview
First step was online assessment consisting of a mental math (80 questions in 8 mins) part and sequences part. Step 2 is an HR interview where they ask about you your knowledge of the company and motivation. Step 3 was technical interview consisting of market making question and questions on ETFs. They ask you in what time you expect to solve the questions and then they set a timer.
