      Interview

      0.5h Internal requiter video conf + 1h hiring manager video conf + 10-15 hours of home assignment + 1.5h of technical interview video conf + 2 hours of on-site 2x engineer interview + 1.5h of on-site 2 managers interview. Home assignment is quite tricky and takes more than 4 hours that they recommend. Technical questions are well thought and about fundamental C++ concepts. Though they are easy to anticipate. They seem to value conservative religious values. 5 of the interviewers started conversation with "Hi my name is X, I am Y years old and married/single, I'm from Z" which they seem to think is a smart way to corner prospects to answer questions about protected characteristics (i.e. age, marital status, ethnicity ).       Interview

      1) Started with Online Hackerrank assignment which was of moderate difficulty and consisted of C++11/14 questions, code snippets and problem solving questions. 2) HR discussion for cultural fit and salary expectations. 3) Hacker rank online coding with video conference. 4) Onsite round with Tech Managers and developers. Suggestion to the company: During final onsite technical interview, try to have multiple technical interviews with single interviewer in each round instead of multiple developers in a single round. That way you would give a fair chance to interviewing candidates who is spending long time and resources throughout the process. As in case if 2-3 interviewers are taking interview together then individual interviewer's feedback may be biased due to the questions asked by other interviewer. Also, there can be some communication gap between any particular interviewer which may again impact other's feedback. This is just an advice as otherwise process was good.
