Was contacted for an in person right away. Nice woman interviewed me and asked normal questions "tell me about a difficult customer situation and how you resolved it". Was asked to come in again to meet the CEO and operations manager 2 days later. 2 separate interviews, asking "why do you want to work here","no crazy questions. I was told specifically I would get an answer by the end of the week. Instead I received a test assignment of example tickets with clients (this was off to me since it's usually a 1st step or 2nd step in an interview process not a last step after 3 in person interviews). I sent my answers promptly and got a response at midnight 3 days later that the manager was out of town and someone else would review and get back to me. Got zero response. I emailed a week later just for an update and got no response either. So all in all not a great experience
