My interview was one on on. It was quite a casual chat, so I didn't feel much pressure. Got good vibes from the manager and they way I saw them interact with the staff.
Applied online. Was followed up with a phone call that lead to a face to face interview. Met in the restaurant before service opening. Interviewed with the restaurant manager as well as the lead cook.
It was pleasant. The interviewer did not ask me much. Very basic questions. I was asked to fill in a form with personal details and my availability and then I had to sign it.
