The interview process was fairly straightforward and quick. I met with three members of the team and was asked both personality and industry questions. After a few rounds of interviews, I was eventually offered a full time offer.

How do you handle strategy shifts and changing direction?
The interview was very casual. I had two interviews with my manager and the sample manager. The last interview was with the sample manager at the office and I received a tour of the office.
