The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Foodee (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was three stages: The first was with the department head Meg who was incredibly nice and generous, the second was with Meg again and one of the managers and the third was with the COO Barb and another manager.
All people involved were very genuine, kind, giving, and willing to answer difficult questions without any BS (which I have found very rare). This seems like it would be an amazing group of people to work with.
The timing just was not right for me but they seem like they are very employee-focused and make a strong effort to provide you with the opportunity to collaborate and be your own "CEO".
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foodee (New York, NY) in Jul 2022
Interview
Straight forward, fair interview. At one point you will create a deck to speak on in regards to the industry and closing a deal. You may have 2 to 5 rounds.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Foodee in Aug 2016
Interview
First interviews took place over the course of two weeks in August. After group interview and a one-on-one, I was asked to prepare a presentation as part of my final round. This part took me more than 20 hours to complete and I spent a lot of time preparing a great presentation. When told I would be contacted within days time, I never received a response. After following up with Foodee, I was told AGAIN I would be contacted as to which decision was made; offer or no offer. It's now been 2.5 almost 3 weeks and Foodee never contacted me. After all the work I did, I would have AT LEAST liked to receive an email saying they went with another candidate. I felt it was disrespectful and unprofessional.
