Swift process. Wanted to know about knowledge in sales and product. They asked about previous experienced and what I can bring to the team to help boost sales and customer service. Overall not a difficult interview just need to have a positive outlook

What can you do to help the team, how would you sell our product, what is an example of good customer service.
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
