I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foot Locker (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Easy mostly asked about my schedule and how much I was willing to work. Asked about some of my past experiences and skills. Overall felt pretty good about it. They never got back to me so I assume I did not get it. Was disappointed in the outcome but that's ok.
The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

Question 1
If an item was out of stock, how would you handle that situation with a customer?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
