ForUsAll Customer Service Associate interview questions

I interviewed for the same position at this company twice. The first time, I hit it off with the interviewer and we scheduled a FINAL round interview. After being excited to make it that far, I received an automated email stating the position had been filled. The second time, my interviewer was completely uninterested in hearing about my experience. Instead, he asked me to roleplay knowing nothing about the topic which I was in question. It was obvious he did not have the expertise to judge this portion of the interview and it felt like he was telling a monkey to dance for him and he'll throw a banana. I found this to be extremely disrespectful, demeaning, condescending, and ludicrous. How could you ask someone about an internal process from a previous company knowing nothing about the topic?????? Haven't you heard of an NDA???? LOLOLOLOLOL I left the "interview" disgusted. I then checked their careers website a month later and the position is still open... Obviously it isn't the candidates which are the problem here... Extremely fake... I feel like I dodged a bullet , I will not even try applying again. They need to get it together and figure out what's important - knowledge and experience or song and dance? If you want song and dance then just say that instead of belittling applicants during an interview. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
