I had 3 interviews, they were short, around 20 minutes each. they were very professional and nice to me. They gave me a good offer . This is a very organize company

What is your method to learn this better?
What are the things you would ask about if someone is requesting for a loan?
The interview with the team leads was a pleasant experience and actually made me interested in working there. But once you get to the directors, all interests suddenly vanish when you get a weird vibe. Look around the office and you’ll see if you fit in or not. They seem to be looking for specific kinds of employees if you know what I mean. I didn’t believe the reviews here at first, until I experienced them. Past employees wrote horror stories about leadership, and I kinda understand.
