Interview
Initially met with representatives of Ford to discuss an overall view of the company. Later led to an interview with the function representatives. Interview consisted of personality and behavioral questions. Then they handed me a case study and gave me 10 minutes to look over it. When they came back in the room we went through a simulation which was intense.
