They really made me feel like a perfect fit for this role. I was very excited about it and the company. Then I was given a quick e-mailed rejection with no explanation other than not being a good fit. With everything that was discussed in the interview, not being a good fit seemed like the last thing either of us would have come away with. The lack of transparency about their decision, while I respect it, is a turnoff. I won’t be pursuing other positions at this company.

Question 1
if we hire you where do you see yourself in the next five years
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Frank L. Blum Construction
Interview
Very friendly and easy going process prior to in person interview. Never heard back from the talent directors. Emailed for follow up once time frame I was given had passed. Called after that. Never received communication in return. Instead of ghosting me, a simple decline email or something would have been nice.
