There was a two part interview, first the manager would have a call with you to explain more about the position, and to see what you are looking for. Then you would go into the store and have a face to face interview with the manager. This felt like relaxed environment, it was overall a good interview process.

It was an easy interview process. I was Hired on the spot. I had to sign their marijuana policy paperwork. They have a zero tolerance even though it is legal in the state. Had to have a background check as well.

Good, easy, comfortable!! Got hired on the spot!! Had to wait forever for the interviewer to walk out and come and get me. It made me anxious and impatient. The interview went well.
