Interview
The process consisted in five stages:
- The interview with the Acquisition Specialist.
- The interview with two of the engineers team to review and give you some insights about the coding challenge they sent you.
- The interview with two teams leads to knowing about your soft skills, how you work in a team and how you handle difficult situations.
- The interview with your future team to know about you and if you will be “compatible” with them.
- The final feedback about all the process itself and whether you will received the offer or not.
General feedback:
- During all the process I felt comfortable, all the interviewers were very nice people. They really took their time to know you well and give all the information you need to prepare yourself for stages ahead.
- You could sense the warm work environment and how your future will be with them.
I definitely recommend them.

Evaluating a code assessment took more than two weeks and they responded with an insincere, template message. There was no detailed reason. They have decided to move on with other candidates, that's all.
