Very much got a fraternity culture. They don't hire with the intent to train. You are very much on your own and if you don't get to plan expect a PIP. No training material/course to go through, onboarding process is minimal.

First interview was a pretty basic video call screen with a recruiter. Lovely woman. Got a follow up within a day to schedule a second interview. The day of my second interview, I get an email saying that they were canceling all further interviews for the role because they’d found someone they wanted to send an offer to - not even that the offer had been accepted, basically just that they liked someone enough to send an offer to so that then justifies cancelling everyone else in the pipeline.
