Interview
Two rounds of interviews: the first via Teams, the second in person at the company. No technical topics or job-related questions were discussed in either round — it was mainly an introduction of the company, the candidate, and a focus on personal fit. After the second interview, there was zero follow-up, no feedback, and complete ghosting. A clear lack of respect for candidates and their time.
1st interview was good, general questions with HR about experience and direction, nothing technical.
2nd interview was with department specialists. More technical and knowledge based, using a case study.
All participants in both interviews were very nice. I was disappointed however to have been told to expect a phone call about a decision within a day or two and only after I called back after 10 days was I told that I was unsuccessful.
