My interview process at Fresche Solutions was a great and positive experience!
I had heard about the company through a friend who had just finished his interview process with them. He was completely wowed.
They had a position available and I contacted the VP HR directly. Three weeks later I am part of the Fresche family and cannot be happier!
At Fresche itâs all about culture. They believe in it and work very hard to sustain it. They have a culture that fosters collaboration, trust, innovation, humbleness and they are dedicated to their employeesâ happiness and to their customersâ success. This was mentioned many times during the interviews and it was clear that they were looking for someone that fit within the culture. They know what they want and are quick to act when they find it.
The interview process lasted 2 business days, and coming from a HR background, this is a never seen. After my face-to-face interview, Maria, the VP HR took the time to give me a tour of the offices where I had the chance to meet a few of my future colleagues, as well as Andy, the CEO. Every person I met was kind and welcoming and they seemed genuinely pleased to have me there. Immediately after that, I was presented with a written offer. At this point, all I was thinking was âwow!â and âwhere do I sign?â.
Iâve been at Fresche for a week now and am not disappointed. I feel privileged to have been selected and to be part of such an amazing team!
