Interview
They offered two rounds of interview: first with recruiter and then with two partners. The interview with recruiter was very relaxed. Partners wanted to hear about professional experience and type of previous jobs.
One partner and one local partner joined the meeting. Mostly local partner asked questions and senior partner just listened. First question was why I want to leave my job second one was why I want to join Freshfields
3 interviews in 6 months period with 6 different managers with no specific reason as to what was the purpose of the second and third one because the topics discussed were exactly the same

Interview
First i had an interview with the human resource department. Then with the actual team managers. It was like 15 minutes since the offer was below my expectations. They were not soooo friendly.
