Interview
There was no actual interview with the employer, the whole interviewing process was done through an employment agency. The interview consisted of an explanation of what the job was going to be, this was done as a group of 8 to 10 people. After everyone agreed to understanding the requirements we were all asked to fill out a brief informal competency test. There were few direct questions asked and most of the questions were asked by the group to the interviewers.

The interview was on my previous experience in a machine workshop. It was only the HR who conducted the interview with me. I was given a for where I filled my previous work experience. Within a short time the interview ended. I was then told to go and do the medical test at a specific clinic. The following week, I resumed for the job.
