I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Front (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Applied online. Received an email about a week later with some follow up questions on my interest in recruiting and the company, and a situational question about scheduling and coordinating. I received an email a day later with an invite for video screen with the recruiter, and then an invitation for an on-site a few days later. During the on-site, I had another scheduling exercise, followed by 30 minute interviews with 3 different people. I found out the next day that they weren’t moving forward with my application. Although I didn’t get the job, I was impressed by the efficiency of the process and the overall thoughtfulness of the main recruiter I spoke with. She was clearly interested in my background and genuinely seemed to want to get to know me better.
