I applied online. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Dec 2017
Interview
Your typical Flight Attendant interview. You're put in a room with many prospective candidates. You're given a number 1-whatever the maximum of attendees are there, (in my case i think it was 80). You're then broken down into smaller groups to start the interviews after the presentations. First round of interviews in a second room were with Flight Attendants, it's done on a 1:2 ratio, so two prospects and one interviewer. Then you're brought back to the main room while others are being sent to their first round. Then you are selected (again by number) to the Second Round in a third room with upper management (I'm not sure if everyone does this or if some don't make it, I was paired with the same person from my First round). You are then sent back to their main room. I was called by number again for a jump seat test and tattoo check in a 4th room. If you make it this far you got the Job!
Questions are selected at random, from a sheet with about 30 questions, and your interview time is about 10-20 minutes so looking for questions does not help because you might not get them. The other prospect who was with me received different Questions than I and I was sitting right there next to her. And some questions have follow-up questions.
I will not post my timeline to keep anonymity, however I interviewed on 12/08/2017
Remember Frontier is the only airline in the industry where you will know wether you got the job OR NOT on that day with the F2F. They will emphasize that in the beginning of your session.
Also, if you get a CJO you will get urine Drug Tested and fingerprinted. Tattoo policy is the most strict in the Industry, brush up on that if you have Tattoos, and DO NOT lie to the recruiters during the Phone Interview because you will be excused during the interview process, or when they do a tattoo inspection when given the CJO.

Question 1
What do you think life as a Flight Attendant will be like?
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
