I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines in Dec 2017
Interview
After completing the application process, i was immediately invited to take the required assessment. A month went by, i then received an email to set up my phone interview. The instructions for the phone interview were SIMPLE! be aware that Denver, Co is in MT time zone; i suggest that you schedule your interview in a time that best fits your schedule. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PASSPORT ON HAND DURING INTERVIEW as the interviewer will ask you for the information located on your passport. The lady that interviewed me called at the EXACT scheduled time that i had chose. She was super generous and made the interview a breeze. My interview lasted about 15-20 minutes as she went over the guidelines, role, duties, and pay of the company's flight attendant position. I prepared for my interview in advance by searching interview questions on glassdoor as they were ALL helpful. After the lady asked me 4 out of the 8 questions that i had written down/studied for she then placed me on a brief hold and got more information from me and then invited me to a F2F interview in Denver, Co. See ya'll January 23rd! :)

Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
