Here is my timeline, from beginning to end.

Jan 8, 2019- email inviting me for phone interview
Jan 11, 2019- phone interview
Feb 8, 2019- face to face interview
I applied, then received an invitation for a phone interview. I set that up, it was easy. They ask for you passport and ID expiration date. You must have your passport to proceed with the process. Not pending, but have your actual passport. Frontier isn't with the mind games like the other airlines Ive applied to. At the end of the interview, you will know if you are invited to the face to face.
The face to face interview was a long process. But I actually had a lot of fun. Ive interviewed with other airlines and they were so uptight and it just felt like they were judging me the whole time. With Frontier, every single recruiting person, was very nice and really made the process so comfortable. The beginning, you introduce yourself and read an announcement. During this people are called for their peer interview. You, another candidate and the recruiter. If you pass that, you go onto a second interview. I was in another peer interview. Others did theirs solo. Then the jumpsuit test. They did not check for tattoos, but be respectful as they do enforce the tattoo policy. It is ok to have, as long as it is hidden while in uniform. After we went back into the holding area. Then groups were getting called again. Some, TBNT. Others, like myself, were offered a CJO!
As long as you prepare yourself, you got it. I went in their confident. I watched so many youtube videos of other FA and the advice they gave. Glassdoor is also amazing. But confidence is key. Go in their looking like a FA, give your best answers and your best self!!!
Best of luck to you all applying.
**** And don't forget to use the STAR method when answering the situational questions. Get very familiar with that. The recruiters write your answers down, so it makes everything run smoothly and also makes you answer w ease.****
A drug test will be given if you get a CJO, same day. As well as be fingerprinted.
