I was contacted by phone, then scheduled for half day of interview. Then I was called again and scheduled for a full day of interviews. I met everybody in the firm (there are only about ten people), most of them one by one. On the second day they treat you to lunch with two of the consultants that would be more or less your peers. The IQ questions they ask you are programming problems easy to find on the internet.
The office looks awfully dark at first, the decoration is not really fancy, the place looks kind of cheap. The lunch room is a closed room, with furniture that is not appropriate for dining, the kitchen is kind of dirty.
