Interview
Phone screen with recruiter. Was supposed to be 30 minutes but they were 10 minutes late. Promised that I would get the full 30 minutes, but they concluded the interview in 15 minutes because they had another meeting. Recruiter was very unorganized. Position was to support the CEO. The very next day, news broke that the company would probably not survive another year. Would either fold or be sold. Feel like I dodged a bullet by not getting a second interview!

I received an email to schedule an interview after being told I am moving to the next round. After confirming my time, sending a confirmation email, and moving around my own personal commitments and meetings to speak, the recruiter who reached out never showed up to the interview, ignored my follow-ups, and never bothered to be professional enough to let a candidate know that they weren’t going to show up then ghost any follow ups. Very unprofessional and a waste of time having people schedule their own work commitments around an organization that doesnt even have the courtesy to respect people’s time.

Recruiter never showed up to our scheduled interview and didn’t respond to voicemails or email follow ups
I was reached out to by HR for an interview and they were absolutely delightful. I met with the hiring manager a week later and they were very rude and completely disinterested. They keep reposting this job for a reason so please be careful.
