How would you rate your Photoshop and Illustrator Skills?
The main interview was a bout 3 hours long divided between two groups of leadership. Which resulted in a few questions being repeated for both groups to hear. But mainly consisted of good conversation between myself and other leaders in the company.

Many questions about my thought/design practices and how I work with other people. Also at least a little knowledge on what it means to work within a brand that works with other licenses.
