Funnel Leasing Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Had a screening interview with a director of engineering. It went great. He asked me about my availability for the technical interview, and three days later, he emailed me to say they had decided to go with a different candidate. Talk about confusing and disorganized. Oh well!
