Fusion Beauty interview questions

First interview was a 30 minute phone call with VP of marketing who called 20 minutes after scheduled time. Conversation was standard - current responsibilities, reason for leaving, expectations for vacant role. Second interview was scheduled for a week later. Met with 2 marketing managers first for 45 minutes about role and responsibilities, then in-person with same VP I'd spoken to on the phone. Conversation was less than 10 minutes and awkward - as if the person completely forgot that I was to come in for a meeting and scrambled to finish the lunch that was still sitting on the table. I followed up twice and got no response.
