Interview
Initial phone interview (30 mins) - typical getting-to-know-you questions, personality compatibility, general competency in position.
In-person interview with direct manager for position (1 hour) - more specific questions about competency, past experiences, handling various pressures/problems; detailed examination of the role and your fit.
Team interview with direct manager, office manager, other members of your team, and the CEO (4 hours) - more relaxed team compatibility environment, HEART assessment, fit with the company culture is examined. Group interview environment. Spend time with team, informally ask questions. Interview with CEO. This is his company, sole ownership. Making sure you are the person he wants in this specific role is examined. Small team (about 20 people), so needs to make sure that every hire counts.
Phone interview (30 mins) - review the team interview, appraisal of your interests, candid feedback of your performance, discussion of salary requirements and benefits overview. Informal verbal offer.
Written job offer - 48 hours to respond
