Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and moved quickly for the first 2 rounds then radio silence. After multiple follow up mails they set up 3rd and 4th round and then ghosted again. After multiple follow ups they said they are waiting for other candidates to complete the process. Since it was already 3 months in the process, didn't bother to follow up further
