Standard questions. However it became apparent after the job was offered just how manipulative and untrustworthy the recruiters were. I would advise people to avoid them and the clients they work with after they refused to accept standard uk references which is unheard of. Deceitful, and very manipulative.
I doubt that the need for the role advertised exists and is a fact finding exercise.
