I joined FSIPL back in 2012 as an iOS Developer.
Their interview process was very streamlined, organized and based on what is expected from an entry level developer.
I went through the following 5 stages of Interview:
1. Initial Screening - HR, Telephonic
2. Initial Screening - Technical, Telephonic
3. Written/Practical Test - Technical, Face to Face
4. Technical Interview - Verbal, Face to Face
5. HR Round - Personality and Expectations, Face to Face
The first and second rounds were sequential -ie- only after getting qualified in round one, I was called for round 2 and only after getting qualified in round two, I was called for face to face rounds.
Rounds 3,4 and 5 were face to face and were taken together in one day.
The good thing I liked was the timing flexibility they gave for the interview as they were aware I was already working in another company.
After my selection, they were understanding enough to let go off my relieving letter from my previous company due to the exploitative nature of the previous company. They only wanted a proof of my resignation and the salary credit proof.
