The interview process was positive, a little last minute in terms of communication and organisation aside from that Andre was great in terms of explaining the organisation and the role. The interview felt collaborative and enjoyable. He also took the time to call to provide specific feedback after not getting the position which was highly appreciated and demonstrated his professionalism & recruitment experience

The interview process seemed confused and it was hard to understand the level of the role they were hiring for. There was a lack of HR knowledge in those who interviewed me including the Head of HR. Team consisted of payroll admin and head of HR in Amsterdam. One HR Manager and one admin in Cambridge. The role was meant to be another manager but on discussions it seemed more like an advisor/officer role. Could not get clarity on why it is was Cambridge based as there is no HR support in Amsterdam. Felt would be better to hire in Amsterdam and at Advisor level. Salary level was high for role. Slow interview process.
