I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at G2 Capital Advisors in Jun 2020
Interview
Had a calls with HR, hiring manager, and member of leadership team. Calls were rushed (30 min only) and left very little time at the end to gather any information. Communication was extremely poor. I spent probably 10 hours on a case, which I was never given the opportunity to present/review. They told me I was meeting with one person, then scheduled me with a different person. I put a lot of time into the process, particularly the case, and received literally zero feedback. A computer generated rejection (complete with typos) was the only message I got. No hard feelings that they went with someone else, but the manor in which I was dealt with left a bad taste in my mouth.

Question 1
Very standard behavioral questions. Walk through relevant experience and modeling. Where do you want to be in 5 years? What sets you apart? Why G2 and which industries would you add value in?
