Saw an ad online. Went into the office to fill out an application. Office lady told me that they only accept applications until 3pm (it was about 3:30pm), so I asked for the application and told her I'd drop it off tomorrow...bit of a time waster but it would have been nice if she told me that they only accept applications until a certain time when I asked to verify the address and cross streets (commute from Long Beach to Anaheim).

The interview was quick and easy. G4S is always looking for employees and is growing fast so they have a great hiring staff who are quick to contact you. I applied and they contacted me on the same day as I submitted the application.

Very easy questions, basically just checking if you’re a functional person. Don’t need relevant past experience, just need to show that you’re able to show up to work and be there pretty much.

It took a month for a call back. Asked traditional interview questions on the first interview and the second interview is job offer and seeing where you are a good fit to work at.
