1 hr interview. 20 minutes with 3 different leaders, was a smooth process and everyone was very kind. Received an email from talent coordinator that I would hear back within a week.

Interview
I set up an interview through an AI agent. The Interviewer did not seem to care to be there which is discouraging. I joined with my camera on and they never turned on their camera, they were consistently losing connection and hard to hear them. They are remote so I think it's possible that they were not home conducting interviews. They ran through everything very fast very scripted and I don't feel that they really asked me any questions. I also did email afterwards and never heard anything back.

Interview
Theres two rounds of interviews the first you meet with 4 different people from the department and its 30 minutes long for each person. if you get called back for the second round of interviews you meet with one more person and then get a campus tour. If you get a offer it arrives in the mail along with directions for the next step which is a background check and hair follicle drug test.
